Can you briefly introduce what an aerosol is
The aerosol tank is a sealed, rechargeable or disposable metal/plastic container. Its core function is to spray the liquid, paste or powder contents (such as medicaments, detergents, cosmetics, etc.) in the tank in the form of fog, foam or spray with the help of the pressure of the internal compressed gas (or liquefied gas propellant), which is widely used in the fields of daily chemicals, medicine, industry, home furnishing, etc.
Its core components usually include three parts:
Tank body: mostly made of aluminum, tinplate iron (metal cans) or high-strength plastic cans, requiring pressure resistance to prevent gas leakage or deformation of the tank body;
Valve system: a key component that controls the ejection of contents, opening a channel when pressed to allow the contents to pass through the nozzle under propellant pressure;
Propellant and contents: Propellants (such as propane, butane, compressed air, etc.) provide jet power, while contents are configured according to their intended use (such as mosquito repellent, hair gel, spray paint, medicinal aerosols, etc.).
Common application scenarios include hair gel and moisturizing spray in the field of daily chemicals, asthma inhaler and skin spray in the field of medicine, insecticide and cleaner in the field of home, rust prevention spray paint in the field of industry, etc.
